    • Creating subdomains is only possible through your hosting / domain account, it is not possible to do this through our templates or settings. Even if you had a separate subdomain for your mobile version, the template would need to be programmed to re-direct to the sub-domain, as opposed to just loading the mobile files. This is not a customization we can offer support for.

    • I came across a thread somewhere on here where someone else brought up the issue it was suppose to be something you guys where looking into. A subdomain is better for SEO reasons and should be something for the to do list.

    • Hi, I'm not sure what you saw, but it's not possible for our products to create a subdomain, that has to be done at the hosting level. A subdomain contains a different set of files, so for this to work you would need to have two separate installations with a domain redirect. It's a lot more complicated than flipping a switch unfortunately.
