Gantry Controls locked

Hi There,
I have been attempting to find a solution to this error for quite a while now...
I want to extend the menu from 50% of the header to 75% as per your demo. However it is stuck and no matter what I try to do it will not move, so is forcing a wrap around of the menu.
When I access the gantry template setting all sliders and buttons are locked and I cannot alter them.
I will happily edit the backend files rather than use the locked sliders if someone could tell me what should be edited as nothing I have tried makes any difference.
The site is www.celtic-dream.com , everything is writable and my install details are below:
Joomla! Version Joomla! 1.7.5 Stable [ Ember ] 02-Feb-2012 14:00 GMT
Template: Nebulae v1.6.4
Gantry: Gantry v3.2.13
I have previously installed latest versions of Gantry but this made no difference..
Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have now updated to the latest version of Gantry and no changes at all - other than my template screen is now a white page in the admin backend.
The front end of the site remains unchanged...

- White screen means you have a PHP error. Please check your error_log that PHP writes to with issues. This should tell you what's going on. Probably PHP needs more memory, but it could be a missing library or something.
