Varying Sidebar widths

I have a client that wishes, or better said needs two different sidebar widths. One in the 320px range and one with 180px . Basically they have two different banner sizes 300px and 160 tower... this normal adsense sizes etc. Irrelevant as to which side they appear on, I need them those two variable sizes....
Is there anyway to have sidebar A and Sidebar B different widths? CAn I perhapos do this in gantry framwork manually?
Is it possible to perhaps put Sidebar A over B and C? Example would be like the 300px banner in a width of 320 and below it split are two 160 banners? (see attachment, that is diagram from client what they would actually like)

- actually, It seems quite surprising that there wouldn't be an easy solution to post standard 300px banners. At the moment I'm preparing 3 sites that are going to hava adsense and don't know what to do. There should be an easy way to have a fixed width with gantry!
