  • Problems Upgrading Gantry

    • I tried to update my gantry library/component and plugin to the new version 3.1.20.

      I used the following two files:
      gantry_joomla_framework_j15-3.1.20.zip
      gantry_joomla_system_plugin-3.1.20.zip

      Both said they successfully installed, but the framework install also said "Failed deleting controller.php"

      After I installed both of these I checked to see the results. The plugin and component upgraded, but the library did not. So I uninstalled the old gantry library and attempted to install the framework file again, but I got the same error message, and no library was installed.

      Now the frontend of my site has the following message on a blank page: "Unable to find Gantry library. Please make sure you have it installed."

      Please help me get the gantry library back.

    • Ok. I was able to locate and reinstall the gantry library files from my original rocketlauncher via FTP, but I think the library files are still and older version (3.1.16) then the current component (3.1.20).

      On top of this now when I try to edit rt_halcyon template styles the screen is different and missing the usual editing options. See attached image.

      How do I get the correct editing setting back for my rt_halcyon template styles?
