Internet Explorer not displaying Gantry Theme Correctly

When I load our site in Firefox and Chrome it looks fine. When you load the site in Internet Explorer (With Compatibility mode turned off) some of the articles display on the far right margin and some of the menus don't work (Shop, About TriMark Marlinn, Products, and Services.) It may have something to do with the side menu, because all pages with that side menu do not display properly.

Edit - Does this have to do with having position: relative; at the front of code for the divs?
