    Gantry Won't Save Style Setting Changes in Dashboard

    • Hi all,

      I seem to have a basic problem using Gantry, when I go into Template Manager and try to modify basic settings in the Style tab (for example background image or font colour, etc) it will not save this new setting.

      It just reverts back to the settings that came with the installed version of template.
      Could this be a Joomla folder setting issue? templates folder is on 755 right now.

      Appreciate your advice.

    • I'm using latest Joomla 2.5.6 and Gantry 3.2.20. I've also just noticed I cannot exit the template manager, it just gets stuck here. I've tested on a couple of templates now, seems to be related to Gantry. Php version 5.2.8.

    • Thanks for trying, I'm currently testing with Clarion template and still freezes when trying to edit template parameters. I've tested a non-gantry template and all works fine.

      Issue seems to involve Gantry.

    • I have uninstalled all Gantry files and templates, then re-installed. Same problem exists, can't seem to save changes made in gantry style parameters, nor can I exit the template manager.

      Is there specific file/folder permission settings related to Gantry that could be creating this problem???

      Any help would be appreciated.
