      This seems to be related to the fact that JS for the admin is not loaded for some people. We're looking into this now.

      One small issue with Panacea (and probably templates not yet gone through the latest update yet)

      We've fixed the gzipper issue, actually that was what was causing 'most' people's issues with getting only a text menu. That will be out in an update shortly. Regarding tooltips, this is a known issue and can only be fixed by going back and adding descriptions to the template-options.xml. We changed how we were doing tips from our g3 way (tips files) to the regular joomla way of using the XML to define them. Unfortunately there's no way to 'fix' this short of a template update with those fields added.

      After reading MrT's post above about updating RocketTheme components and extensions before upgrading Gantry to 4.0, I went and checked all the RocketTheme extensions - and realized most of them were out-dated. I was under the impression that Joomla finds updates to RocketTheme extensions in the same way it finds updates to Gantry, etc., so I never actually went and checked for updated versions of the components - I will do this regularly from now on.

      I just made a complete backup of the site and will transfer it to an exact duplicate test environment. After that I will install the Gantry update again and if it still breaks the site I will leave it in that state and PM you admin credentials to access the test site. If it doesn't break the site (because I updated all the extensions) I will update this thread with the results.
