Adding content-top module positions in gantry mainbody

is explained how to add an extra module before or after the content-top position by following the instructions posted by Henning on 01-01-2011.
Currently we are on gantry 4.1.6 and I have just installed the most recent default gantry template from www.gantry-framework.org/
the solution Henning described... is that still possible?
the file html/layouts/body_mainbody.php isn't there anymore, and it isn't present in the gantry either (or I can't find it).
anybody know how to do this now?

... you should be able to copy
/libraries/gantry/html/layouts/body_mainbody.php
(depends on wich mainbody-layout your template is using)
into the html folder of your template to override the core.
Just edit that new file for your needs.

Thanks a lot, it worked, i just missed to add the position <position>extra</position> in templateDetails.xml ...
