Overriding gantry-administrator.css

Hi...
How does one do this? The file structure is... libraries/gantry/admin/widgets/gantry-administrator.css...
The reason being... I make template for my Kunden and is required to adjust the administration panel.
Moreover... the class .group-label have a width of 50% which with columns looks funky when used together with color-chooser. I need to change.
I tried in lib using same file structure and nothing happens. Of course I know it's silly but I try also in html (even though logic telling me it have nothing to do with my template so why would it be there, right?)
Any suggestions how I change slightly gantry-core administrator and yet allow for Kunden to get auto updates to Gantry framework without each time overwriting my changes?
