Gantry-menü shows ampersand(&) as string

Hi,
I develop a Site ( test.heinzmann.com ) an in the mainmenue I use a tree-column Menue. The names of the links contain sometimes an ampersand (&), but sometimes, not always it is shown as a string.
Any ideas what's going wrong?

Was there any solution to this? I'm having the exact same problem.
When the first level item isn't active, the ampersand displays correctly. When it is active, I see the string. Never saw this one before, and I've been using roknavmenu for a good three years or more.
