Align all images across the top layout

Hi
I'm using Gantry with the standard theme and I have to admintI'm a newbie to joomla. I would like to have all of the pictures on the top layouts to align to the bottom and if possible to be center, any idea of how I could achieve this?
Example would be on new.hcm-m.ch. I would like the logos left and right of the gallery to be aligned to the bottom of the gallery and if possible also the gallery aligned to the middle of the page.
