I have noticed on several of my sites that use Gantry that Disqus was displaying an error message.
This page is forcing your browser to use legacy mode, which is not compatible with Disqus. Please see our troubleshooting guide to get more information about this error.
An example is visible here
Could this be a Gantry issue? Thanks

I have the same problem starting from this morning.
On my live site, Disqus works with the "Universal code" pasted from Disqus site to a pure html page:
www.hkv.hr/proba.html
However, within Joomla it does not work, even when I use a module with a custom html code, i.e., the "Universal code" pasted from Disqus web page (see debug area at the bottom of www.hkv.hr/hkvpedija/umjetnost/ ).
It appears that this could be Disqus related.
Interestingly, on my local site, everything works perfect, although it is just a copy of my live site.

So as usual with Disqus, we are screwed with no support... great. Thanks for the additional info though, that will save me trying in vain to permute plugins and integration code.
FYI, I use the custom module + universal code on my English website while I use the Joomlaworks plugin for the Spanish one.

- Upgrading mootools-core.js to version MooTools Core 1.4.5 without compatibility seems to resolve the issue.

Consider using the custom stylesheet for all your CSS customizations: gantry-framework.org/documentation/wordp...custom_stylesheet.md .
Please provide the URL to the issue.
And please mark the thread as solved if the issue is resolved.
