Moble site not displaying correctly

I have the iPhone mobile setting enabled on the following site:
www.chophouseasheville.com
but it does not display correctly. The menu and text is too small to read. Attached is a screenshot of the site on a mobile phone. This site is using the Reflex template. I have another site www.brevardncchamber.org this uses this template and it is working fine. It worked initially when I launched the site, but is not working now. I have tried turning off/on the setting, clearing the cache(s) and it still does not display correctly.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
