On radom bsis, gantrylesscompiler cache with easyblog

This is a very off issue and I would like to get some pointer to figure this out.
On random basis, we found gantrylescompiler.class.php crash with error message similar below:

When it got into problem, it show server internal error, it crash the server
We are on VSP server with php.ini setting up memory limit to 512 MB and also done a memory test using the script form this page ( magazine.joomla.org/issues/issue-dec-2010/item/295 ) to confirmed the memory setting is recursive and the memtest can went up to 512 has no problem.
Questions:
* If the script show my current environment can handle 512 of memory, how come to message said we cannot handle 38MB or 40MB? (we only have 1 website running in our VPS)
* The same issue reproduce in production, staging, and testing on random basis.
* It only happen when we try to post a blog using easyblog (as far as we know)
* We have tested EasyBlog with other vendor template to validate the issue. We have done 1.5k blog posts on each setup. The VM setup exactly the same with the only differences are the template. Template from other vendor is solid and gantrylesscompiler yield error?
* We are running server monitoring utility to oversee server memory / CPU utilization via SNMP and confirmed the CPU usage won't over 40% and memory utilization well below 200MB used.
We really want to stay with Gantry Framework and hoping for an answer on the error. Your team make a nice framework and please don't make us change to other vendor.
