SOLVED Gantry update to 4.1.12 broke some things

I updated Gantry to 4.1.12 a couple of days ago, and a few things got broken in the process. First, I no longer have FontAwesome icons available. I was using the standard ones that have always come with Gantry, but they no longer appear.
The other thing that broke was the Template Manager - it no longer has any structure to it. It's hard to describe, so I attached a screenshot.
I am on Joomla 2.5.11 using the Cerulean template v1.1.

Well, I uninstalled Gantry and then reinstalled 4.1.12 from scratch. Now the Template Manager looks right, but the front end of the website is completely blank.
*Additional info: Other templates will display (not correctly, but not blank). Seems to be a problem with Gantry and my template Cerulean.
**Even more info: The ..\templates\rt_template-name\lib\gantry\ folder did not reappear when I reinstalled.

I think I've got it working.
I downloaded the standalone version of the Cerulean template, extracted the rt_cerulean\lib\gantry folder and ftp'd it to the ..\templates\rt_cerulean\lib\gantry folder. I cleared all the system and browser caches and the site came up.
I couldn't find a file that looked at all like the ..\templates\rt_template-name\lib\gantry\gantry.php file in the gantry framework file, so I assumed it wasn't change in the update and that I could just get it from the template. Is this correct, or should I be looking to upgrade that file somehow?
