Menu assignments page in Gantry needs a major improvement

Gantry templates such as Accacia are lacking a main feature for multi-language Joomla installations with several menus based on the language.
Think of a scenario that there are 32 languages, 133 menu types and a few thousand menu items.
You want to use a copy of Gantry template for each language and you have to select menu items one-by-one since there is only 1 toggle button. That is this button works for all menu items regardless of language. Although this can be accomplished using a db sql but it is not intended for end users.
In short, menu assignments page must have a toggle button for each menu type on this page.

This is the reason that for multilingual sites you actually don't work with menu assignments in that way. You assign a template copy of the language itself as I explained to the last detail here

What I understand is that I will create multiple copies of RT template and assign each of them to a language and this will eliminate the use of menu assignment tab. Is that right?
PS. In either cases it should not be an issue for RT devs to adapt the way Joomla modules are assigned to menus.
