Joomla 3.X is Short Term Support and is meant to help developers test their extensions in readiness for Joomla 3.5 and as such every release will create problems as the Joomla team introduce new code and changes. I will not put any of my clients to J3 until 3.5 has been out a few months and the bugs are ironed out.
Check Joomla site here -
www.joomla.org/download.html
- where it says "For those already on Joomla 2.5, we recommend waiting until Joomla 3.5 before upgrading unless you need the features of 3.2."
Hope this helps

Our templates are set to work with the latest Joomla 3.2 so if there were changes bewteen 3.1 and 3.2 then obviously we will work to the latest standard. Joomla 3.1 will only be supported for 6 months in total so there is no point in creating fixes for something that has already become defunct. If you check the Joomla Bug tracker you will see that 3.1 had lots of problems, which is why 3.2 was released soon after.
Why do you not upgrade to 3.2 if 3.1 is a problem?

Thanks for updating information. As you are on Joomla 3.2.2 this should be working.
Can you use the 'secure' option above post input to provide me with a temporary Super Admin access please and I will take a look to see what the cause may be.
Thanks
