Rokcommon Error Message

I moved over my website files from the "rocketlauncher" folder I created to customize the template, to the main webroot folder. After doing so, all I get is this error message when I go to the webroot domain:

I can't even get into the administration back-end, I can only access the site files via ftp. Please help! I'm trying to get this site live today, but have no clue how to fix this or why it is happening. All I did was move the file locations (and I did update the config.php file to remove "rocketlauncher"). Thanks.

Hi there,
Since Joomla 2.5 it has always been hard to move sites as some data is held in the database. I always use Akeeba to move sites even within the same domain and hosting.
Did you clear Joomla cache and browser cache?
