Need help about downloaded template

Hello everyone. I'm really new to website building and need some help. Basically I bought the convus template from here and now have a problem.
I went to upload the template to joomla which went quite well. Found the file and I had all green messages showing. Then I went to set it as my main template and applied it. I refeshed my site and only the outline of the template was there with the real basic stuff. I wanted the whole template shown so I could customize it. So I went to look at the modules and I didnt have any. Anyway I think what maybe has happened is that I already had initial work and maybe its overridden all the modules for the convus template.
I would relaly like to have all those modules but have no idea how to do it. Do i need to delete all my content and start again by downloadin template from computer. Anyone have any ideas.

- If it's a brand new site use the Rocketlauncher to install EVERYTHING, including Joomla, sample data, and all demo configurations
- SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT
