unable to scroll to last menu items on mobile

- I have a website with a large number of menu items. When the mobile menu is displayed it will not move up so that I can access the bottom items on the menu i.e.the contact page. I am just using the base gantry template v4.1.23 and joomla 3.3

- The link to the website with this occuring is www.wibl.co.nz I am viewing on an android phone. It does work on iphone.

- I am on android 2.3.3. The background image is also not expanding to fill the screen. In the meantime, I have changed to the selectbox menu system. I guess it is to do with having an old phone, problem is so does my client.
