I have NEVER got to grips with this topic after 2 years....
1 how do I verify my custom CSS is even getting called ?

So no custom CSS ? is it getting called and then compiled?
Driving me nuts and theres no CLEAR instruction on this topic from begining to end with a demo,video,images, anything ?
CSS is pretty important for most websites lol
Something like this could make things easy ....
ALL ROCKET THEME TEMPLATES HAVE A CSS FOLDER THAT CONTAINS A "BLANK" .CSS file within ....... <<< thats the killer idea I am not seeking patent rights on this...

isn't really hard.
/templates/css/rt_plethora-custom.css is where your file should be.

once you added the file correctly you will see
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/templates/rt_plethora/css/rt_plethora-custom.css" type="text/css" />
in the head tag ... -

I fear I can't submit your name to the Nobel Committee.
If there would be an empty css file all the time in installation package it would be overwritten with every template update.

Why do you NOT just make the custom folder and a blank file on EVERY template ?
I am actually going to patent it now. Got a catchy name...
"less stress with custom css"
CLAIMS: website template with custom css folder + blank file INCLUDED!!

Why do you NOT just make the custom folder and a blank file on EVERY template ?
Because the blank file in the installation-package will ALWAYS overwrite the existing one when you UPDATE the template ...
