Moved Gantry with Metropolis - Links not working right

- I have one problem with the solution implemented for my website. After moving the domain name to point to the virtual directory, the paths in the url are not correct. They go to the right location, but it is shown as for instance www.theroadadventure.org/~theroadadventure/about instead of www.theroadadventure.org/about .
