Can I Do Something Like This In Gantry / Bootstrap?

    • On the ZURB / Foundation / Patterntap page is a timeline: patterntap.com/code/responsive-timeline . The code is provided below the timeline and I've attached it to this question.

I'd like to replicate it in Gantry / Bootstrap. Actually want to use this as an infographic vs timeline. Have any of the rockettheme templates done something like this? Is this a simple matter of changing the divs to reflect gantry framework terminology? Or much more complicated.

Know this is beyond the scope of typical RT Forum support - but your perspective on complexity would be valuable. Will post in the member marketplace if required.

    • Hi there,

The effect is achievable using html and css inside a module or article.

The trick will be getting all of the responsive elements correct. Part of the current code uses some of the default bootstrap css and is then overridden by more specific css in the template.

As you say, that amount of customisation goes beyond our normal levels of support. You could always use the Marketplace board to see if any other developers would take on this work.

      Hope this helps 8)
