We won't give any announcement until we're ready. We're actively testing it and there is still more development to do, but I can't give you any ETA.

Yes that was my understanding... released in January with first template in February... That being said I guess miracles take time and there may have been twists and turns on the development path.
I do read that you won't give any announcement until you're ready but this was almost two weeks ago (the comment I refer to).
Also, I asked Andy (in the comments of an article on OSTraining) and he said that Gantry 5 should be released at the end of February.
So I really hope that you can give us some ETA? Also, is it possible to give us some internal information about the Gantry 5 features - it is built on Bootstrap 3.x, right? Will it use Flexbox? Also, will there be an off-canvas menu option? Will there be a "Fixed Menu on Scroll" built-in option? Are there going to be some shortcodes built-in by default? Is there going to be a built in OnScroll Animation feature, for example WoW.js? Are you going to provide indepth dev documentation - better than the one for Gantry 4?
I really hope you can answer some of my questions with something different than "We won't give any announcement until we're ready" Just give us something so we can get excited!

No, I can't give you anymore information that has been officially stated in that blog post - but the intention is that is will be in the near future. But development is still ongoing so it's hard to say.
