SOLVED Remove image on all pages of site

Hello,
A client I built a site for got in and tried to add an image to a page and it ended up on all pages. They do not remember how they did it and want it removed. I have checked all widgets and pages and cannot find where it was done. Can you help me remove it?

The image in question shows up above the content on all pages and is named Police-Light-Darker2.jpg (see attached screen capture)

- I figured it out .... a conflicting overide was created and I deleted it
