Animations on a theme slideshow not working

I've run into this problem before with Gantry and one of their themes but now it's annoying and I'd like someone's input for why it doesn't work.

The photo below shows the saved RokSprocket for a slideshow in the Shocase section of this site. I set the animation to "crossfade" but it's only working on one slide. The other two slides are still doing a sort of "bottom to top" thing. I've cleared the cache, saved, all the usual.

Anyone know why it doesn't work?

      thank you for your help!

    • I don't see any images for this RokSprocket module? This is a Showcase module expecting to see an image and some textual content. Without the images you end up breaking the layout.

    • I placed a flower image in place of the triangles that used to be there. Again, I put the animation on dissolve, and it does the "slide up from bottom" instead.

On my Chrome it's doing cross-fade.

    • No, it's not. If you look closely. The first slide is the only one dissolving. You could see it better with images, but I removed them since It's been three days I still haven't seen a solution.

Yet another RocketThemes quirk. This is not the first time nor the first theme I've seen this happen. Annoying.

Even if I designate the animation to one style, it still keeps the animationsions "randomized." I tried it with three other animations.

Rocket Themes --will you fix your stuff please?

I just my RokSprocket Ricochet with the Cross Fade setting and it works fine. You have to understand that the demo page uses Bottom-to-Top as the transition setting.
