Gantry 5: How to turn off responsiveness?

- Gantry 5 is great to offer more options for reponsiveness. However sometimes I just feel like lazy and don't want to do those extra works with making site responsive. There was a dropdown menu in gantry 4 where we can choose options like "responsive", "1200px", "fix 960px" etc. This is nowhere to be found in gantry 5. So how do I turn off responsiveness in gantry 5?

- You can't turn it off not for now, maybe in the future but not currently.

- And what would you accomplish with this? There are files scss and css that are runed at specific resolution and screens size and the site will still be responsive ... what meta tag are you trying to delete?
