I corrected the typo in the code in the twig (see screenshot).
But you still have another error because your using a field called "owner" that you have not defined in the yaml? So you link won't work because there is nothing in that field to click on.
Tip for you - if ever you get an error when developing particles turn on joomla debug mode and you'll get a much better error and diagnostics - that's what I did and it showed the error on line 26

- Thank you for the help MrT. Can you tell me how you removed the social icons however? I tried and tried to get those out, removing them from every template under Gantry. Just trying my best to learn as I'm using a number of your new Gantry sites these days.

I removed the social links in the base outline settings, the "home" outline settings and the particle on the layout in the "home" outline.
