Mobile Menu on iPad and bigger screen sizes

I am wondering how I can change the function and allow the mobile menu to show up on bigger screen sizes. It stops at 767px or so and for the iPad it brings up the actual menu. I'm using the Callisto theme and have a little longer menu than normal which doesn't fit well on the iPad or resolutions around that screen size. I'm not able to find the nucleus.css file it says that is making the change. Has anyone ran into this before and been able to make this change?
