    Using data from other particle

Posted 9 years 4 weeks ago
    • I have two particles that both need to hold the same data. I've already defined this data in let's say "Particle A". This same information should be used in "Particle B". Is it possible to get the information from Particle A for use in B?

    • Sort of, yes. Provided the two particles are of identical type then you can add the settings for the particle on the "settings" tab of the base outline and then let those details inherit through to the particles that you add onto your layout. Though, if you have added those particles in Gantry 5 modules then you cannot do this since the settings won't inherit in a module.

      Regards, Mark.
