Problems after Gantry and Joomla Update

I have a problem on my website where it goes completely blank since the updates yesterday. The only thing I can do to get the site up is to remove the Menu Particle and Logo Particle from the Navigation section of the Layout, and remove the Header Module Position Particles from the Header section. Then the site loads fine with out those particles. I'm using Salient Template which I just updated as well.
I tried turning off the modules themselves, still an error. I created a duplicate Default Style with these changes and left the original alone so I knew what I had to begin with.

Hi Russell,
Our last release of Gantry 5 had a hotfix just after we released it. Some people may have downloaded before this so in that case I would suggest that you download latest G5 and install.
As with all updates please take a backup first in case something goes wrong.
