i added facebbok, twitter and google+ but i cant seem to add a Instagram RokSocial Button??

Because roksocialbuttons is a very old extension and instagram didn’t even exist when it was developed.

As you appear to be using gantry4 metropolis I’d suggest that you look on Jed for a third-party plug-in, on just add the html for the buttons in a custom html module instead.
