Megamenu breaks with disabled / hidden menu in it

- We've encountered a mega menu breakdown when an unpublished / hidden menu was present inside one of the columnns. Basically the mega menu is divided into 4 columns each with a custom particle heading. When the hidden menu item is added to the first column all headers of column 2, 3 and 4 shift down to the column before it. So the heading of column 2 is shown underneath the menu items of column 1. When the hidden menu is moved all the way down to column 4 the issue is resolved. Since we have some more hidden menu's added to other mega menu's we're wondering if this is a known issue or how we can resolve it without moving all hidden menu's to the last column.

I'm not sure what CMS, Template, or Gantry version that you are referring to? If you are referring to Gantry 5 then please ensure that you have the latest version as this issue was fixed some time ago. If not, please provide more information and Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and I'll have a look for you
