Error after update joomla 4.2

Greetings
After updating to joomla 4.2 I got a very strange error.
The error appears on the infermieriattivi.it website if I scroll down the page.
The page goes to block and the top becomes white.
Do you have any ideas on where to look for the solution?

Joomla pulled the 4.2.0 update as it broke sites - wait for them to fix it before updating.

I upgraded joomla to version 4.2.1 and the problem remained.
By doing some tests, I disabled the adsense GDPR.
Did not load the information in the footer.
Once this is done, the site looks good.

No, I would say it's nothing to do with PHP version - I'd suggest that you contact the developer of that plugin for assistance.
