      The site listed in the secure tab is experiencing a serious fatal issue.

      Can you let me know my best first steps towards repair?

    • Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.

      1. Make sure that you have latest version of Roscommon and roksprocket installed.
      2. Make sure that you are not using. PHP version any higher than PHP 7.4.x as none of the RT "rok" extensions support anything higher than that.
