Supra outline getting poor score in pagespeed.web.dev

My live site on siteground is getting a very low score in pagespeed.web.dev put in secure tab
I decided to run a comparison on a clean unmodified installation of Supra rocketlauncher on my Siteground server
Home page derekk26.sg-host.com/ gets a 30 in performnce
derekk26.sg-host.com/index.php/features/overview gets a 64
changed template to protostar gets a 96 on PSI
Both get marked down for:

Please advise how to get a good score with supra outline?

1. I have closed your other topic as a duplicate. Please only post once for the same issue.
2. Performance and Tuning is not something we can assist with within the scope of this support forum - It can take a long time to “tune” a suite.
3. You need to use a compressor such as JCH_OPTIMIZE
4. Do not use “system - page cache” plugin
5. Enable gzip compression in global configuration
6. Enable “conservative” caching in global configuration
7. Refresh yours site page TWICE (once to build cache, once to use it).
8. Make sure you are in “production” mode in Gantry 5 admin.
