  • roknavmenu parameters gone when editing menu items

    • I can no longer use the Gantry options in my menu items.
      There used to be options for multicolumn menus, menu images, etc... No longer there.

      Is this Gantry or my template?

    • hi there,

      those options are not related to gantry, but are loaded via the roknavmenu - boost and roknavmenu - extended link plugins which are part of the usual roknavmenu install.

      please double check in your plugin manager if those plugins are enabled.

      I see I got rid of those for some reason, I was having problems uninstalling boost from an old version and had to edit the line out of the DB.

      What is the best way to install those plugins now that my membership has expired?

    • Oh, I see. I actually do have: RokNavMenu - Extended Link and RokNavMenu - Boost enabled as plugins.
      But still, no functionality in the menu parameters.

      Any idea?

      not sure, which template are you using?
      can you think of anything you may have done what could have caused the options to disappear?

    • We started with Crystalline, then tried Quantive. It seemed to stop working then, but if I go back to Crystalline, still, no gantry menu options...
