Bundle installation problem

Hello:
I can't get the Bundle to install only the Standalone. When I try to install the Bundle with Gantry I get this message;
* Component Install: DB function failed with error number 2006

If I install the Standalone it is successful but when I go to my web page I get this message;
Unable to find Gantry library. Please make sure you have it installed.
My site works fine with my other templates, sorry I just can't figure out how to resolve this even after reading what I could find here. Thanks Jeff

The bundle version is needed if you don't have Gantry library installed previously.
Do NOT use this package if the Gantry library has already been installed, either through a bundle package, or through a standalone Gantry install.

I actually got it to work yesterday, and I'm still not sure how. This is what happened maybe you might know. As I said before I would get the error message above when I would try to install the rt_crystalline_j15-bundle.tar.gz. I could install the rt_crystalline_j15.tgz without any problems, but would get the text stating the missing Gantry library above when I would go to the Web page.
This is how I got it to work. I tried loading the tr_reaction_j15-bundle.tar.gz in Joomla and it worked, then I selected the Crystalline template and everything worked fine. Maybe this can help someone else unless it was a fluke on my end. Anyway thanks for the product and support my Site already looks better. This is the first site I ever built, and I only started about the time I got my first downloads from you guys a couple of months ago, kudos! hi jeff,
just wondering which version of the crystalline template was that? crystalline had a few updates, the current version is 1.5.5.
is that the one you used and had issues with? please let me know and i will see if i can get the same error to appear.

I could only successfully upload crystalline as a standalone and it's version 1.5.5 with the date May 10, 2010. Then I was able to load the reaction bundle, it's version was 1.5.8 April 29, 2010 and that fixed this message "Unable to find Gantry library. Please make sure you have it installed."
By the way I installed the crystalline rocket launcher on my localhost last night, and can see why it's recommended, that templates complicated, I was able to get our site working, but now I really need to look at the template so I can make it shine, your tools rock.

One more question please. I am trying to get my Main Menu to the same position as the one on the rocket demo, with the drop down tabs. It looks like its on the Navigation Module, but I can't figure it out in the Module Manager.
I feel like a private pilot at the controls of a F-16 there, but it's cool.

hi jeff,
on your rocketlauncher install check out the template parameters:
> extensions > template manager > crystalline > menus...
you can use those settings and apply them to your other install, then the menu should work fine.
make sure to install the roknavmenu extension, this is needed for the menu to work.
