Chrystalline emplate preset change won't save, just spins

Trying to change to a different preset and the save or apply just spins and spins and spins. It never saves, never stops.
Tried this on 2 computers in 2 locations. Same thing.
How can I change the preset? Is there a way to do it manually in the params.ini perhaps? How would I do that?
Help, please.

Could be server related...
Check your PHP version, should be 5, and the php.ini memory limit, should be at least 32MB.
You should be able to check both through your host's CP (neither of these are a part of Joomla or the template settings). - Thanks,

PHP5 and 64M so that's not it. I tried Panacea and have the same problem. I have other sites on the same server and they behave properly. So I uninstalled Joomla and just reinstalled the RocketLauncher with Panacea. Same problem.
I really want to use one of these templates. Can I change the settings manually somewhere instead?
Any other ideas?

- I would agree with you about it being server related except that I have another site on the same server using the same template with no problems. So weird. I'm stumped.

- Just created a new site on the server and installed the template. It works fine. But the other site no matter which template Chrytalline or Panacea, neither work. both sites are on the same server. As mentioned, I did a clean install of Joomla and the template and got the same problem.

Sorry I can recreate the problem on my localhost or server, both install and work properly with the RL versions.
At this point I am stumped, too.
Host's php version?
Some permission error?
(Usually I upload the zipped RL to the server and extract it on the host to avoid missed files / permission errors.) - Thanks,

- I set up a brand new site on the server and did a fresh install of Joomla with the template and it worked there. then I called Hostgator and asked them if they could see something different between the two installs to see why one would work and the other different. We did see that there was a Gantry version difference. So I'm going to wipe it all out and start over once again and will report back if that fixes it or not. Thanks.
