      thank you for the details.

      you have the mod_login and mod_poll published but assigned to the right position.
      that position does not exist in the gantry templates, you can use sidebar-a,b or c.

      then you can use the layout sliders in the template parameters > layouts... to tell the sidebar positions if you want them to show to the left or to the right of the mainbody for a given number of modules.

      to see how this works, make sure to check the documentation on our gantry framework site.
      www.gantry-framework.org/documentation/joomla/configure/layouts

      best to check the video tutorial to fully understand how to use those sliders.
