I Installed gantry 3.1.2, roknav menu bundle 2.3, and crystaline 1.5.7 onto Joomla 1.5.22. When I try to access the template, I the error below>
Fatal error: Call to a member function addScriptDeclaration() on a non-object in /home/unicow/public_html/va4hf/components/com_gantry/core/gantry.class.php on line 883
At other times, I can retrieve the template to change but cannot change most of the settings. I was able to move the logo to the bottom but could not turn it off. Most feature setting do not work. I cannot move sliders nor set
I have cleared all caches both locally and at site.

Resolved -
Don't know why. Left computer for awhile, did not logout of Joomla etc, went back to template and could access all parameters. - I probably did something wrong.

it seems that this error shows for some members too, but not all the time, only every now and then.
so far i was unable to replicate this, if it happens to you again, then maybe you could send me your link and super admin details via pm so the devs can take a closer look.

I'm getting it, too, on a newly launched site. I had to change some permissions to make the Diagnostics hapy, but still can't get the site to work. Will pm backend info if it'd help.

I am now experiencing this issue too. Was off and on before but then stopped appearing for a while, I believe it might have been directory permissions before. I've tried applying all the fixes described here to no avail. I also updated to the latest version of Gantry (3.1.7) today. Still getting a white screen when accessing the template.
It's not cache as I've wiped and I've also tried different browsers client side too.
