Gantry admin setting not work!

Hi,
recently upgraded to gantry 3.1.4... now I enter into the administration of the template, some parameters do not work;
configuration: body level and background level
layouts: nothing works
I use hybrid template 1.5.4... attached image

any help?... Important: this issue happen in Firefox, chrome and IE8 look fine but dont work, and show this message:

thanks for the details. i just logged in and i dont see any issue on your site right now.
did you reinstall gantry and did not clear your cache after that?
maybe you can check again? i am using ff 3.6.12.
