thanks for the details. it seems as if there might be a conflict with the
components/com_obupdater/assets/js/jucscript.js
can you try to uninstall the component and see if that works?
you could also create a testsite with a fresh zephyr rocketlauncher, then check if the template params work, then install the component and see if the params break.
actually, this may also be the reason for rokstories not working, as this script seems to be loading on both the backend and frontend.

I have solved the frozen admin panel !!!!
In found that Gantry tried to create cache folder at
/administrator/cache/_gantry
I`ve created it ... with chmod 777 and Wow ... it worked fine.

Hi there, suddenly Gantry buttons stop working, ive restore the site using akeeba but issue remains. All the tips for this kind off issue were double checked, so i dont really know whats happening. Thanks
