Rocket Theme Embedded Fonts? (Adding my own)

Hi there.
I have noticed that some RT include fonts that aren't web fonts.
When selected, do these display to people who don't have these fonts installed?
Also, I wish to include my own fonts. How would I go about this on a RT template?
