Search form is broken

- I'm not sure this if this is a result of upgrading to Gantry 3.1.5
  My search form stopped working. Instead of search results, this line appears:
  
  Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/devcsgr/public_html/templates/rt_gantry_j15/html/com_search/search/default_form.php on line 31
  Trying to troubleshoot this, I've disabled all other component's search plugins and the error persists.
  Any idea of what could be causing this?

  i used a gantry 3.1.5 rocketlauncher and installed latest rokajaxsearch and it worked fine, also the core joomla search has no issues.
  
  not sure why you are getting that error, maybe you can send me your super admin details?

  Yeah, I'm not using RockAjaxSearch, just the core Joomla search.

  i really dont know how to help, even if i use a gantry 3.0.x template with gantry 3.1.x framework, the core search is working fine for me.
  
  maybe you can downgrade gantry again to 3.0.12 just to check if it's really the gantry update that broke the search? there is info on how to downgrade here:

- Huh, maybe the upgrade was not complete. Another strange thing I noticed after upgrading to 3.1.5 is that the Template Manger page is still showing v 3.0.12 for rt_gantry_j15
  
  Thanks for the tip on downgrading. If I uninstall the gantry component, the re-install, will I lose all the settings and layout configurations that I had before?
