      yes, when you downgrade you will loose your template parameter settings.

    • Quick update:

      After uninstalling Gantry, the Search error message changed. It was now referring to the core Joomla search component.

      Uploading a fresh /components/com_search from the latest download of 1.5.22 fixed the problem. :)
      It was most likely the result of a faulty Joomla update, somewhere between versions 1.5.20 >1.5.21 > 1.5.22.

      [p.s. ..To anyone considering an uninstall: Take screen shots of all the Gantry template parameters first !!]
