    • Hello,

      I searched to forum and used google but didn't find any solution.
      I also checked out the troubleshooting tipps. Didn't help.

      However, I first explain the problem:
      When I navigate to the admin -> template -> (in my case panacea 1.5.5) any gantry template
      I get this Errormessage:
      Fatal error: Class 'ReflectionClass' not found in /var/www/users/mbucher/www/mysite/components/com_gantry/core/gantryelement.class.php on line 28

      About the server:
      PHP 5.2.17-pl0-gentoo,
      Gantry 3.1.7 (actually I tried this with an older version first, which did not work, so I upgraded),
      I am NOT using jos_ database prefix, (it is kur_)
      Errorreporting is set to maximum,
      cURL is enabled,
      DOM is enabled.
      Writing permissions seem fine (all green!)!

      I tried FTP Layer on/off - didn't help
      I cleaned cache with the joomla admin button.
      and purged the cache with the joomla admin button.

      To be clear:
      As I installed the panacea 1.5.5, I was using Gantry 3.1.x, which worked fine.
      A few weeks later I checked the site again and got the error message mentioned before.
      So i upgarded to 3.1.7 and it does not work.
      I installed the gantry template bundle too. If i try to naviagte there I get the same error message

      any ideas?

      right now i am really not sure, i don't remember seeing this issue before, so if you could send me your link and super admin details, me or the devs can take a closer look.

      thanks for the admin details.
      i've done some testing but i am not able to replicate your error, even with the same db prefix you're using (kur_)

      could you maybe update gantry and zephyr to latest and then let me know if the error still shows?
      then i can ask the devs to take a look.

      I upgraded Gantry to the latest
      and also the zephyr template is up to date.

      I don't think it's about the template, because this error occurs on every joomla page using gantry. So i guess it's about the machine?

      php, mysql versions etc. seem to be fine (see above)!?

    • Okay here we go:

      I talked to the server admin, who updates PHP etc.
      He told me, that he changed the default PHP build, so that there were two (he did not specify which ones) missing modules.

      He added those modules and the reflectioclass error vanishes...
