Gantry for 1.6 Installation ERROR

Hi all I downloaded and tried to install the rt_gantry_j16-3.2beta1-bundle.zip file ... it failed to install, I also downloaded the gantry_framework_joomla16-3.2beta1 ... also failed, I did however manage to install the rt_gantry_j16-3.2beta1 successfully.
attached is the error message I got trying to install the two failed files...
Please could someone have a quick look and let me know why I am getting this error, All folders etc are correct permissions etc...

- Got it working thanks, For those who may have this same problem, please ensure you set permissions on the manifests folder and the libraries folder within it to 777 otherwise it's going to give you the above error !
