    problems saving the gantry

    • Hello

      RocketLauncher syndicate_j15-installed after having given the appropriate permissions on directories, everything worked out successfully in the diagnosis gantry, but when I change, and unless he does not accept and I get a blue screen with the following code;

      tried to upgrade to newer version, but gave the following error

      JFTP:: login: Unable to login
      JClientHelper: failed setCredentialsFromRequest
      Unable to copy the selected file.
      JInstaller:: install: Failed to copy file: / home/xxxx/public_html/portal/tmp/install_4d92a0f765491/./CHANGELOG.php to / home / xxxx / public_html / portal / components / com_gantry / changelog.php

      Can anyone help me?

    • Resolved, expect to spend some time I changed my browser IE8, Firefox, and this was okay.

    • Hi - How did you guys resolve this issue? I"m having the exact same problem with Zephyr's 1.6 bundle. Quite frustrating.

      the error has been mentioned before in the forums, for example here:

      please search the forum board for "String could not be parsed as XML" and you'll find more posts with suggestions. if all those do not help, make sure you're using the latest version of joomla, gantry and the template, then send me a pm with your link and super admin details.
