    • I'm having the same problem, I have a white screen in the template manager after install, however when System-Gantry is disabled, I'm able to navigate in template manager. However System Gantry needs to be enabled to run templates. I've tried uninstalll/re-install and having the same problems. Any suggestions?

      thanks for your pm, i split your forum post from the original topic as that was rather old and relating to joomla 1.5 while you seem to be using joomla 1.6.

      thanks for the login details.

      i installed gantry 3.2.2 again on your site in order to see the blank page.

      after i set "error reporting" to "maximum" in your joomla admin > site > global configuration > server, the blank page now shows an error:

      Fatal error: Class 'DOMDocument' not found in /var/www/html/libraries/gantry/libs/phpQuery.php on line 255

      you can contact your host and ask them to enable dom support for you, then the problem should be solved.

      I have had the same issue installing Tacyon! I have tied it both ways...initially a full bundle install and then an install with the basic, followed by a gantry install. On both occasions, the template manager was rendered unusable.

      I then found this post and requested the host to enable DOM, now I cant log into the admin area at all!

      Please urgently try an help me!

      you can not access the login screen or your login details no longer work?
      i believe you need to contact your host again, they changed the server configuration which broke things for you, so they need to doublecheck what exactly happened.
      would love to help but not sure what we could do to fix things in this case.
